LuluJean Yoga is a unique blend of the traditional and modern – a creative flow while retaining the ancient secrets of yoga.

 

Moving Yoga Practice Beyond the  Mat and into Everyday Life

Creative flow yoga stimulates the Breath = Vital Energy = Creativity = Flow.

Developing awareness is the most important aspect of all yoga practices.
 

To increase awareness:

  •  Firstly we make connection with your body, observing aspects, such as posture, movement, sensations of stretching and compression

  • Secondly, we aim to increase awareness of the mind. Eg. the flow of thoughts and feelings

  • Thirdly, we aim to increase awareness of the flow of prana. Simple breathing techniques for a calmer,happier life

                                                                          

When we breathe deeply and fully: the body relaxes and begins to release tension - Oxygen increases within the body, which creates energy. 

When we tap into our vital energy we create room to flow, let go, to have space to move with awareness. Let your spine and breath move together, in a creative flow.
 

  • Awareness is the first step in healing or changing

  • Don’t resist change allow it to happen it can be a positive out come

 

Our Yoga classes are run by Jean Holyoake and is accredited with Yoga Australia and ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society).

Jean has been involved in the well-being industry for over 15 years and is passionate about making people aware of self-care and feeling better about themselves.

 

All Yoga classes are held at convenient times to suit all levels of experience. We also ensure there is a maximum of 12 participants in every class. Whether you want to have fun, connect more with your body, learn how to meditate or reduce stress, Jean can guide you and help achieve your goals.

Our Yoga Studio is located in beautiful Camden and offers a vibrant, modern and air-conditioned space.

In addition to the resources available for download here for free, LuluJean frequently provides additional resources for yoga students after each class.
